We will learn several of the species that play important roles in Pennsylvania’s forests like maples\, oaks\, beeches\, and poplars to name a few.  Forests are complex\, living ecosystems and understanding them is a fascinating way to enjoy the outdoors. \nYour instructor\, Andy\, has a B.S. in Forestry from the University of Kentucky and has a great understanding of trees and forest dynamics.
