Artificial additives and preservatives don’t come near our meals either. Just make sure your spoon is long and big so you can scrape up every last bit.

• The AlpineAire product range consists of meat dishes, soups, vegetarian meals, vegetables and other diverse nutritional items from breakfast to dessert. AlpineAire meals are used as special nutrition by many expeditions (for example by Veterans Expeditions or Arved Fuchs).

  All that is required to restore the freeze-dried ingredients is hot water. Meals are based on a value of about 600 calories per package to cover the increased energy consumption during sports activities.
