Our trips take you through the scenic and tranquil waters of the Susquehanna River, Delaware River, and Schuylkill River, with overnight camping on some of the region’s most picturesque islands. A standout experience is our Tinicum Island overnight, located in the heart of the John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge. Accessible only by boat, this peaceful island offers the perfect setting for a rustic camping experience surrounded by nature, in the heart of the city. You’ll enjoy breathtaking views and incredible birdwatching opportunities in this beautiful wildlife sanctuary.
In addition to Tinicum Island, our multi-day paddling trips on the Susquehanna River and Schuylkill River provide the opportunity to camp on other remote islands along these iconic waterways. These rivers offer unique landscapes, from gentle flowing currents to scenic views, making each journey a blend of relaxation, adventure, and natural beauty. Whether you’re paddling past historic sites on the Delaware River or exploring the peaceful corners of the Schuylkill River, these multi-day trips promise an unforgettable experience.
Our experienced guides will lead you through each trip, providing expert support, paddling instruction, and ensuring that your journey is both safe and enjoyable. We supply the boats, paddles, and PFDs. Need camping gear? Rentals available on a first come, first served basis.
