Trail Highlights and Experience
Hike approximately 19 miles on well marked trails through hardwood forests, pine stands, wetlands, and rocky stretches. Along the route, you will navigate creek crossings, discover small waterfalls and cascades, and enjoy scenic views of mossy forest corridors and wetland areas. Overnight camping takes place in forested backcountry sites suitable for tents or hammocks.
Throughout the trip, guides provide hands on instruction in navigation, campsite selection, water filtration, Leave No Trace principles, and outdoor safety, helping participants build confidence and foundational backpacking skills.
