Boil water and add to pasta bag and also add to mixed berries. Let items re-hydrate while you cook the rest. 2. Add feta to a pan and top with dates. Cook until cheese has a crip. Plate and add sea salt. 3. Toast Bread 4. Plate pasta after it has rehydrated and top with smoked mussels. Serve with toasted bread. 5. Crumble graham crackers on re-hydrated berries and enjoy with a cup of coffee.----------------------------------------------------------------BASIC NUTRITION: Date and feta appetizer- 190 calories and 7g of protein. Pasta with mussels and bread- 790 calories and 33g of protein.
