This full-day fishing adventure is designed for kids ages 8 to 12 who enjoy being outdoors and want to build their fishing skills. Campers will spend the day learning through hands-on instruction, fishing practice, outdoor exploration, and fun activities. Whether they are new to fishing or already have some experience, this is a great opportunity to build confidence and spend a full day outside.

What to Expect:

• Hands-on practice with different rods, reels, and fishing equipment
• Learn how to cast, reel in, and safely handle fish
• Explore live and artificial baits and when to use them
• Practice basic fishing knots and gear setup
• Learn about local fish species and aquatic wildlife
• Practice responsible catch-and-release techniques
• Explore the outdoors and look for local wildlife
• Participate in fishing games and other outdoor activities
• Learn safe, respectful, and environmentally responsible fishing habits
